I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in a room with a river view and my experience was fantastic! The staff (Emy, Mika, Lucy, Cindy, and Jenny )were always incredibly helpful, assisting me with finding taxis and explaining directions to different places. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is located right next to Qingchuange Temple, which adds a unique and peaceful atmosphere. While it is not directly in the city center, taking a taxi is the best option to get there quickly, and it's quite affordable. One of the highlights is the spa center which offers relaxing massages and stays open until 2:00 AM perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, being next to the river provides a wonderful experience; you can go for a morning run along the water or use the gym, which has basic equipment to stay fit. Right in front of the hotel, there is a boat station, making it easy to cross the river and visit the Yellow Crane Tower. Another great convenience is that no adapters are needed to charge your phone—the outlets are compatible with EU and USA connections.The hotel is clean, and every day they provide fresh towels and bottled water. Overall, this hotel offers a peaceful and convenient stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

It is the prime location for night view and you could see many thing around the river. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very very very helpful even we cannot speak chinese but they are trying their best to communicate with us. Help us sending items for friends in China too. I requested them for the corner room and they help us arrange the corner room. We booked 2-3 months in advance, I think they can help you with that request. Next time visiting Wuhan this is a must place to stay. Just perfect!

The staff were great and spoke some English (at least one of them did). Also, the Lakeview room I had was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is Chinese food and there are some waffles for those westerners reading this.

We liked the view from our room on the river and the very huge and spacious room (we got a free room upgrade, which was very appreciated). We appreciated a lot also how clean the room was!

The reception and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and friendly. The staffs at the cafe which serve the breakfast were extremely accommodative and provide superb service.

We loved the location of the property. It was near some really interesting tourist sites. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value. The view at night was awesome. The staff were very kind and gave us an English map of Wuhan.

The check in process was long, also the room bathroom door was broken, I was stuck inside the bathroom door and had to call for help to open the door.

Location and breakfast were great! Staff was nice and some of them speak English. Subway is not nearby but taking taxi is very easy and not expensive.

We had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a river view room, it was beautiful! The location was great, and the restaurant on the boardwalk was an excellent location for dinner.
